Dance parties used to be a necessary part of my weekly schedule. Sometimes they were group, sometimes solo. Lately though I have been neglecting to dance my booty off. I had some extra time this morning so I had my favorite kind of dance party. The one that utilizes the entire home space and my hair ends up sticking every which direction. My lord, I was in an amazing mood all day. Then I got home and danced some more. My former roomies can probably guess how I danced.

There may have been some cartwheels too.
