I don't know what is ahead of me in life, but I am running full speed ahead towards it. I post along the way.
So I have decided I am running a 10k this fall. I have not run seriously in about 5 years, so we will see how this goes. I started my training routine yesterday. And even though it didn’t feel bad it certainly did not feel good. I am hoping that I fall back in love with running again by doing this. And I will do my best to stay motivated since I have a goal ahead of me.
Although, if I get a migraine after every run we are going to have to nip this in the bud.
